"The pupilo.ee website is set out well and I found the whole thing very easy to use and understand. The website gives all the information that is needed about the lenses such as what make they are, what water content the lenses have in them and of course gives you the option to put what strength prescription your lenses need to be at. There range of lenses is pretty impressive, including the most popular lenses from Acuvue and Focus dallies along with some not so well advertised brand names (i.g. Zeiss, which I actually bought and I'm completely satisfied with their quality!). You are able to buy different sorts of solution as well. The delivery was very quick (3 days to be exact), even quicker than I expected.
I was overall very impressed with the customer service. I was kept au courant all the time since I placed the order till the delivery and even after that! The biggest disturbance when buying from the physical store was that there were usually no lenses on site and I had to wait a long time when ordering. I have been wearing lenses for 12 years and have never had any problems. For the past year, I have been using Bausch & Lomb´ day lenses. They sit very well in the eye. There have been no eye irritations, although quite often one couple has several days in mind.

A small misunderstanding arose only when entering the prescription with the first two cells (OD amount - right eye and OS amount - left eye). But this is a trifle compared to the quality of the Pupilo.ee website.

The page and such an ordering option is great, you don't have to go and look, because in the optician's shop, where I went to the optometrist, for example, the lenses I wanted to buy were not on sale, but Pupilo.ee has everything you need and doesn't even have to go home to get them for yourself. I also researched how much the lenses I ordered cost in optics stores, so let's say that I didn't find them for less than 64 euros, and the pupilo.ee page offered them for 28 euros, just a super solution, quality and price.
